赵薇，女，博士，1991年5月生，山东省济南市人，2019年博新计划基金获得者。现任云南大学高原湖泊生态与治理研究院助理研究员，硕士生导师。
主要从事生态系统生态学、湖泊污染治理等方面的研究。先后承担完成了2019年度博士后创新人才计划项目、2019年度上海市超级博士后项目、2024年云南省基础研究面上（政策支持类）项目等3项；以第一或通讯作者身份在国内外核心刊物上发表学术论文6篇，其中SCI刊物上发表6篇。获得上海市“超级博士后”荣誉称号。
